Hot Yoga Rise & Shine
Begin your day by centering your mind and body. Join us for morning Hot Yoga Flow and start your day off smiling. Mix sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses with strengthening poses and deep stretches. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself, listen to your body and set an intention. Focus on how you are feeling and then respond. Typically we are stiffer in the morning and so an early morning practice teaches us the most about our bodies.
Hot Amazing Arms
This class is designed to focus on the upper body only! Building the strength in your arms, back, chest, shoulders… and don’t forget those abs! Please bring your water, mat and towel. Thirty minute class in the far infrared to define your upper body in all the right places!!!

Hot Yoga Deep Stretch & Relaxation
Enjoy a class with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension and teach the basic fundamentals of Yoga. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Hot Total Body Conditioning
This class will train your entire body, from head to toe, using interval training. Alternating from strength training, into cardio, and then back to strength training, you will never get bored in this constantly moving and challenging class!
Hot Cardio Fusion
An intense but fun cardio party that helps to keep the heart healthy and burn fat. Don’t forget that cardio is an important part of any healthy lifestyle. Get your heart rate up and your blood pumping!
Hot Yoga Yang/Yin
With this powerful combination of the masculine and feminine you will get the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching. The first half of the class is full of strong Yang postures, finishing with calming and lengthening Yin postures. If you are looking for a balancing class, with a little bit of everything, this is your class.
Hot ABsolutely Burning Butts
Using Yoga to specifically focus on the abs and butt combined with various pieces of equipment to give optimal results in both of these regions of the body while detoxing in our state of the art infrared heated yoga studio. This class is challenging and is only ½ hour long.
